Guild Wars 2 Builder is a program to help you manage your builds in a lightweight way. It's programmed with C++ and Qt. It allows you to easily copy, paste, sort, filter/search, and autoload. It's definitely more efficient than any text editor and slightly better than any spreadsheets. Future versions might include a built-in editor and planner, we'll see. Most importantly, it's basically open-source.
